This is "Extra Large Crab Kama Tempura Soba" at a standing Soba restaurant in Shinagawa Station, Tokyo.
Of course the soba is delicious, but the soba comes out so fast after you buy a meal ticket.
It took less than 5 seconds for the bowl to be handed to me, which made me laugh because it looked like a magic trick. It is probably the fastest soba restaurant in Japan.
If you come to Japan, you must try it. I am sure you will laugh at how fast it is.
