Cat Bus Sweets!
This is a Neko Bus raisin butter cookie sandwich sold at the same “Whitebeard’s Cream Puff Factory” as the Totoro cream puffs introduced earlier.
It’s a limited edition of the Kichijoji store, so it’s the only place in Japan that sells it.

Is this sweets also officially approved by Studio Ghibli?

It’s the back of the package, so the letters are upside down, but you can see the words “Studio Ghibli” in the lower left corner of the picture. So this is also an authorized sweets.
