Beppu Cold Noodles

The noodles, which are firm and smooth, are handmade with a finely tuned blend of wheat flour, buckwheat flour and starch. The soup, carefully made from Japanese beef and seaweed, is refreshing and has an elegant finish with the smell of seaweed spreading in the mouth.
